14th Oct '13 @ Berkelouw Mona Vale

Berkelouw Books and Mona Vale Library are delighted to be hosting Australian cricketing great Michael Hussey when he introduces his autobiography Underneath the Southern Cross.

At the end of Michael Hussey's tenth summer in first-class cricket - at age 30 - he was finally in the Test team. Almost everything in his first six matches had gone his way: Australia had won two series, and Hussey had already scored three hundreds. For so long his dream had been to play for Australia, but once there, he realised it was only the beginning and that there would be many more milestones to achieve.

Michael Hussey is one of the most loved Australian cricketers to have worn the baggy green. His autobiography details his journey from his childhood to the highs and lows of an extraordinary international cricket career playing alongside many of Australia's star players.

You are invited to meet him when he introduces his autobiography Underneath the Southern Cross at 6.30pm on Monday, October 14th in the Mona Vale Memorial Hall (beside the Mona Vale Library and opposite Berkelouw Books).

Bookings for this special event are essential and should be made by phoning Mona Vale Library on 9970 1600.

This is a free talk.
