Very light toning on end-papers with previous owners name on front free end-paper. 1st edition. Fine. NOTE: Catherine Stow was the pseudonyn of Katie Langloh Parker who was a prominent female Australian author who published the first serious studies on Aboriginal culture. Nora Heysen the illustrator was an Australian artist from South Australia who went on to become the first women to win the Archibald Prize in 1938.
