NOTE: Published for Private Circulation. According to the preface Mrs. Selina C. Milton (the mother of the author) did allow only some copies to be sold in order to obtain an Organ for St. John's Church at Workshop. Therefore it is reasonable to assume that only a very limited number of copies went into circulation.
