You are invited to meet Rick Stein when he introduces his new book at 6.30pm on Wednesday, August 19th, 2015.

About the author:

Rick Stein's passion for using good-quality local produce and his talent for creating delicious flavour combinations in his books and restaurant have won him a host of awards, accolades and fans. As well as presenting a number of televisions series, he has published many best-selling cookery books. His memoir Under a Mackerel Sky was shortlisted for a British Book Award in 2013. Rick is a firm supporter of sustainable farming and fishing techniques. In 2003 he was awarded an OBE for services to West Country tourism. He divids his time between Padstow and Australia where he opened a restaurant in 2009.
