This book is better than Harry Potter!
Now that I have you're attention, if you pick one book today, make sure it's this one!
Morrigan Crow was born on Eventide, the unluckiest day of the year, and is doomed to die on her twelfth birthday. Blamed for the misfortunes befallen on the grim town of Jacklefax. On the night of her twelfth birthday before the fated hour a mysterious man named Juptier North, appears on her doorstep and whisks her away to the 'wunderful' world of 'Nevemoor'.
To stay in 'Nevermoor' Morrigan must become a member of the Wunderous Society, and to do that she must participate in four trials or risk being sent back to Jacklefax to face her fate on Eventide.
Jessica Townsend's ability and aptitude for storytelling is phenomonal. Her world building creates a seamless and 'wunderful' environment for her story to come to life, certain to engage even the pickiest of readers.
It's whimsical, magical, adventurous, mysterious and just simply, amazing!
No matter what your age, Nevermoor is the book that you should be reading.
